To offer technical support to both Pre-sales and Post
sales business to Partner or Customer on Network &
Software products.
Responsibilities:
1) Pre-sales support
- Pre-sales testing support.
2) Engineering support
- Supervising project engineering process.
- Onsite support for site survey, installation or
commissioning when necessary.
3) Maintenance support.
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket
system and keep tracking these problems during the whole
resolving process.
4) Training support
- Conduct training of site survey and design for client
before they carry out site survey.
